At our Mansfield site we currently have a requirement for a Warehouse Team Leader, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for accurate recording of warehouse data and system reporting.
- Maintain good communication with the logistics company.
- Present shift data, analyse and hold daily shift reviews with warehouse staff.
- Ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained to internal and external accepted standards.
- Investigate root causes of customer or supplier complaints using problem solving techniques.
- Ensure adherence to the company health and safety policy in the plant.
- Maintain housekeeping to agreed standards.
- Work with training matrix to ensure a multi-skilled team, ensuring that all staff are trained to carry out their duties.
- Support the warehouse team by carrying out warehouse duties as required.
- Support the site by assisting other departments if required.

- Experience within a fast-paced warehousing environment, familiar with processes and warehousing systems.
- Team lead experience – able to identify training requirements.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements within a fast-paced warehousing environment.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Adaptable and approachable.
- Valid FLT license.
What you can expect working with us
- Salary: £30,483 (dependent on experience).
- Shift pattern: Monday to Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm – 6am) rotating.
