You will join an established Quality Team and will be responsible for ensuring that final products comply with customer specifications by carrying out product testing using specific lab equipment and recording results on computer systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out quality checks on products coming off the production line to ensure they are of the highest quality.
- Helping to ensure customer specifications are met and maintained.
- Carrying out daily/weekly checks on QC equipment.
- Performing routine quality and colour checks on machines.
- Isolating non-conforming bottles and accurately recording this.
- Ensuring that all activities in the quality department are carried out in accordance with health and safety and hygiene standards on site.
- Ensuring that all activities in the quality department are carried out in accordance with ISO standards on site.
- Attending to customer complaints and ensuring paperwork is filled in correctly.
- Reporting any fixing requirements to the QC Co-Ordinator or Shift Supervisor.
- Reporting any health and safety concerns.
- Performing any other duties in connection with providing good quality products as reasonably required by the QC Co-Ordinator.
