Packing Operative in Milton Keynes

Join to apply for the Packing Operative role at ALPLA Group. This position is an integral part of our production team, covering a number of 24/7 machines. The successful candidate will bring previous or current experience working in a very busy manufacturing environment, H&S awareness and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Packing Team Member on a 24/7 production schedule.
• Pack and handle finished goods in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain good housekeeping, hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Previous packing or warehouse experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• FMCG industry awareness relating to good housekeeping and hygiene standards.
• Good health and safety awareness.
• Experience working in teams.
