- Support the implementation of OPEX Improvement strategies and programs for the plants - monitoring progress, and taking corrective actions where necessary.
- Facilitate and participate in improvement projects including Kaizen and SMED workshops.
- Constantly monitor the performance of the plants and prepare analyses for meetings such as monthly management meetings.
- Support the rollout of CTO implementation in all plants as required.
- Delivery of structured improvement programs in high volume plastic packaging manufacture or similar industry.
- Training of cross functional teams in the application of improvement tools and processes.
- Communication planning and delivery for participants and stakeholders.
- Line Management experience – willing to mentor and develop others.
