Based at our Golborne site (WA3 3JD) you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the best talent across several key locations.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, HR, and site leadership teams to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience and support workforce planning across a range of roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across multiple UK sites.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide strategic hiring advice.
  • Use a mix of sourcing methods, including direct outreach, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain and improve our candidate experience and employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and support DE&I recruitment initiatives.

  • Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or a similar sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven approach.
