ALPLA Group is seeking an Assistant Night Shift Manager to support our night shift manufacturing operations.
You will work with the Night Shift Manager to drive production performance, maintain quality and safety, and develop the production teams.
In this role you will allocate labour, oversee handovers, promote Right First Time culture, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to reduce downtime and improve OEE.
You will mentor Team Leaders and Operators.
