We’re searching for a Keyholder who thrives on the shop floor, enjoys engaging with customers, and is excited to be part of a vibrant, sustainable outdoor retail environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales and providing world‑class customer service.
- Engage customers on the shop floor, share knowledge of the outdoors, and advise on the best kit for local adventures.
- Open and close the store when the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager are absent.
- Assist with deliveries.
