Location: Alpkit Edinburgh

Hours: 37.5 (5 days in a 7 day week, including weekends)

We’re looking for someone to help lead our Edinburgh store and give customers the kind of service that gets them out there sooner. You’ll help people choose the right kit, build confidence in their adventures, and keep the store moving in the right direction so more people can Go Nice Places, Do Good Things.

What you'll be doing

We’re looking for someone with a passion for outdoor brands like ours, and by the whole outdoors; From quick local escapes to bigger days out. This role is hands‑on and full of variety. You’ll step up as duty manager when the Store Manager is away, back the team on the shop floor, and grow your retail leadership through real responsibility and commercial decision‑making.
