Your Challenge
As our Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, performance, and optimisation of the critical systems that support both our factory operations and trackside activities. Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting engineering workflow systems, simulation tools, and data pipelines essential to car development.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex system issues affecting engineering performance and reliability.
- Contributing to automation, scripting, and process‑optimisation initiatives across engineering functions.
- Collaborating closely with controls, simulation, IT, aerodynamics, race engineering, and production teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Supporting continuous improvement of system architectures used in real‑time performance analysis, design, and validation.
