We have a unique opportunity within our Race Support Team as a Garage Technician. This role offers the opportunity to travel and be part of all the Race Support Team calendar events. If you have a passion for motorsport and a relentless drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Mechanic, this role will support test and show car events for the full Race Support Team calendar. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring trucks are packed for each event according to the planned truck loading plan.
  • Ensuring all consumables are loaded and stock checked.
  • Ensuring flight cases are in good working order and serviced.
  • Working to pre-given timelines during RST events, tests, and factory builds.
  • Liaising with the Team Manager/Chief Mechanic/Engineer on all tyre and fuel requirements.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the Race Support Team garage equipment and trucks.
  • Keeping the RST garage technician area clean and organized.
  • Supporting the race team at various F1 tests and Grand Prix events, if required.
  • Electrically wiring the garage area at RST events and the tyre manager lifting system.
