We are looking for a Production Manager - Weekend Shift to lead our weekend manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and team engagement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader to play a critical role in delivering components and assemblies that contribute directly to our Formula One programme.

The Role

As the senior operational leader on shift, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities across multiple manufacturing areas, supporting teams to deliver against demanding schedules while fostering a positive, accountable and high-performing culture.

You will act as the key escalation point during weekend operations and work closely with production leadership to drive performance, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting weekend production teams across manufacturing departments.
  • Ensuring production plans and targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
  • Managing operational issues and providing effective resolutions to minimise disruption.
  • Supporting employee development, engagement and performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, throughput and productivity.
  • Overseeing production administration activities, including ERP system transactions and work order management.
  • Promoting a strong health, safety and environmental culture.
