Are you ready to contribute to the success of our 2026 car programme? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Production Controller to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This role is based at our facility in Enstone, Oxfordshire.
The Role
Working within our Programme Management team, this role collaborates with the Project Planning Team to ensure planning lists accurately reflect manufacturing capacity and workflow. You will support the Planning Team in raising work orders for each production area.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage your production area\’s Work-To-List daily.
- Monitor and maintain capacity forecasts to inform make vs buy decisions.
- Coordinate with project managers to address capacity constraints and reschedule operations to prevent delays.
- Ensure stock management in ERP aligns with parts coordinators\’ requirements in your production area.
About You
We seek a passionate planner who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of making impactful decisions. Experience with D365 is preferred; familiarity with ERP systems in general is advantageous. Strong data interpretation skills, organization, and communication abilities are essential, along with the confidence to escalate issues when necessary.
