Are you ready to accelerate your career with a dynamic and innovative F1 team? We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptionally talented Design Engineer to join our Test & Validation Design group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This position will play a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and achieve race wins. The is a great opportunity to join our High Performance Team operating at the pinnacle of motorsport. Our team is dedicated to engineering excellence, pushing the boundaries of technology and optimising performance to achieve our goals. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Validation Testing to ensuring seamless integration of the test units onto our state-of-the-art test equipment.
- Take full ownership of the design and testing solution that allows accurate validation of our car systems within a controlled environment.
- Use your experience and skills to play a key part in the validation of safe, reliable and performant engineering solution to run on our F1 car.
- Ensuring we remain ahead of the competition by investigating new and burgeoning technologies to keep our testing capabilities state-of-the-art.
Qualifications
We are looking to enhance our talented team with someone who has previous experience, ideally within F1 or another high-level motorsport. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering and have a solid base knowledge of engineering first principles. It would be ideal if you had previous CAD experience with Catia V5/3DX, but we will support with training if NX or similar is your expertise. We need someone who is self-motivated, analytical, and a pragmatic decision-maker capable of working with minimal supervision. We seek someone with a creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem-solving.
