Alpine Formula One Team is offering a 1-year HR placement at our Enstone site.

You will support HR Business Partners with operational and strategic initiatives, help with recruitment logistics, and develop data-driven insights across the employee lifecycle.

You'll gain exposure to workforce planning, HR data, culture projects and development activities, while working in a high-performance, on-site environment.

A strong communicator with analytical capability is essential.
