This role acts as a horizontal integrator across all pillars, directly supporting CFO level decisions and contributing to a collaborative, accountable, high‑performance culture.

Key Responsibilities include:

    • Build strong working relationships with the FIA to ensure clarity of regulations, processes, and required controls.
  • Finance Transformation & Systems
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation roadmap aligned to long‑term business objectives and FIA cost‑cap requirements.
    • Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation, and process re‑engineering to enhance speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
    • Lead the deployment and integration of advanced finance technologies (ERP systems, BI dashboards, automation tools).
    • Ensure robust data integrity and seamless data flow between finance, operations, and performance analytics teams.
  • Business Partnering Oversight
    • Support and guide the Finance Business Partnering Manager (direct report to this role) to ensure strong coverage across all major functions.
    • Embed best‑in‑class planning, insight generation, and decision‑support routines across the business.
    • Build and maintain close relationships with senior leaders, budget holders, and operational teams.
    • Promote best practice, process adherence, and consistent ways of working across functions.
    • Champion team and individual development, elevating skills, capability, and future leadership potential.
  • People Management Responsibilities
    • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
