We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused Financial Reporting Manager to join our Finance team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to build on their experience within a dynamic and ambitious organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Financial Reporting & Month-End
    • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including insightful variance analysis
    • Own key areas of revenue and cost accounting end-to-end
    • Deliver timely reporting through the Group reporting system
    • Ensure balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliations
  • Statutory Reporting & Audit
    • Play a key role in preparing statutory accounts
    • Partner with external auditors, managing audit deliverables and queries
    • Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess business impact
  • Controls & Governance
    • Strengthen and maintain financial controls across reporting processes
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance frameworks
    • Support internal audits and continuous improvement of controls
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, and operational teams
    • Support delivery of shareholder reporting packs
    • Act as deputy to the Financial Controller when required
  • Technical Expertise
    • Provide guidance on complex accounting matters
    • Prepare technical accounting papers for key judgements

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
  • At least 1+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in financial reporting
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindset
