We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptionally talented Design Engineer to join our Electronics group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This position will play a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and race wins.

Electronics Design Engineer – The Role
Our team is expanding to build on our excellent foundations. For this we require an Electronics Design Engineer to assist in the design and development of our next generation of electronics to further improve data quality, optimise instrumentation mass and adhere to our reliability requirements.
The core role of the Electronics Design Engineer will be to design, develop and deploy electronics within our F1 facility in Enstone, Oxfordshire. They will work in close collaboration with other engineering disciplines to deliver performance to the track – specifying and designing electronic hardware for on-car, off-car, pit‑stop and wind tunnel projects.
This key position will enable you to contribute significantly to the development of our electronic systems, interacting with several key stakeholders while working in a cutting‑edge environment.
Who We Want
We are looking to enhance our talented team with someone who has previous experience, ideally within F1 or another high-level motorsport. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering and have a broad range of electrical design experience with a track record of working to a consistently high standard in pressurised and time‑sensitive situations.
We need someone who is self‑motivated, analytical, and a pragmatic decision‑maker capable of working with minimal supervision. We seek someone with a creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem‑solving.
