This is a full‑time hybrid role, primarily based in Warrington with some opportunities to work remotely. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and timely delivery of tools and equipment to customers while providing excellent customer service. The role may also include maintaining delivery vehicles, assisting customers with loading and unloading goods, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Other occasional responsibilities may include supporting warehouse operations and assisting in sales or product demonstrations when needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong Customer Service skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and ensure a positive customer experience
- Experience in Forklift Operation and general delivery logistics (Not Essential)
- Ability to participate in Training programs aimed at skill enhancement
- Sales experience or a willingness to support the sales team to meet business objectives
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
