A leading global, fast-paced organisation in central London is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of a large, complex NHS contract covering a vast number of Trusts and multiple third-party suppliers. This role sits in a bright, energetic, high-performing team where capability matters more than hierarchy, and everyone contributes at every level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a major, multi-stakeholder NHS contract end-to-end
- Ensure compliance, performance, and commercial value across Trusts and suppliers
- Lead on contract changes, negotiations, and commercial activity
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and manage risk
- Produce clear reporting and documentation in a fast-moving environment
- Support wider team activity when required in a flat, collaborative culture
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong background in public-sector contract management (NHS highly desirable)
- Confident self-starter able to operate independently
- Comfortable handling both strategic and hands-on tasks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial and procurement awareness
- Thrives in a fast-paced, modern, non-hierarchical environment

- Based in central London office; limited home-working (12 days/week) possible for the right candidate
