Our client is an international Building & Civil Engineering Contractor who undertake multi-sector projects including pharmaceutical, highways, bridges, datacentres, and high density residential.
Looking to recruit a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee two large-scale building projects simultaneously in Co Mayo: Healthcare + Hotel, with a combined value of β¬80M over a 3-year programme.
Full site teams will be present on both projects. This is a long-term position to be created and based in Mayo/Northwest only.
Package: β¬160K β β¬200K, to be negotiated.
Ideally, you will come from a Tier One Main Contracting background in Ireland/UK or be based in Europe looking to return permanently to the Northwest of Ireland.
