A respected residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the build of high-quality homes in Wiltshire and South Gloucestershire. You’ll take full ownership of sites, driving standards, safety, and quality — with support from an award-winning team.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all on-site operations, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are hit
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Uphold Health & Safety policies and enforce compliance
- Maintain tidy, efficient sites with first-class presentation
- Liaise with consultants, head office, and local authorities
- Monitor programme schedules and budgets
