The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established construction contractor operating within the residential sector. This is a key commercial role responsible for preparing accurate, detailed, and competitive estimates across a range of housing projects. You will play a pivotal role in supporting tender submissions, pricing variations, and ensuring commercial accuracy throughout the pre-construction process.

The Role
- Analysing drawings and specifications to prepare detailed take-offs
- Producing accurate, well-organised estimates and proposals within required timescales

- Liaising with purchasing to ensure timely and accurate orders
