A leading construction and engineering contractor is looking to appoint a Framework Manager to oversee and develop its growing portfolio of public sector frameworks. This is a strategic role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, bid teams, commercial teams and operational delivery functions to maximise framework performance and drive future growth.

The Role

  • You will take ownership of framework relationships, compliance, reporting and business development activities, ensuring frameworks are actively utilised and aligned with wider business objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing and developing a portfolio of public sector frameworks
    • Building relationships with framework providers and contracting authorities
    • Monitoring framework performance, KPIs and pipeline activity
    • Supporting framework audits and compliance requirements
    • Identifying upcoming framework opportunities
    • Working alongside bid teams to improve submission quality and win rates
    • Supporting business development and work-winning strategies
    • Producing framework reporting and capability documentation
    • Driving framework utilisation across operational teams

About You

  • Experience within framework management, bid management or construction business development
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement routes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware with a growth-focused mindset

  • Willing to travel throughout the UK when required
