A leading UK contractor is seeking a qualified Health & Safety Advisor to join their team on a flagship project in Sheffield. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll champion a culture of safety across all levels of operations.

Ideal for someone with solid construction experience, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to lead initiatives on a complex live build.

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive H&S standards across site activities and subcontractors
  • Review RAMS and safe systems of work
  • Deliver toolbox talks and internal safety training
  • Lead site audits, inspections and compliance checks
  • Support accident/incident investigations and follow-up
  • Contribute to policy updates and H&S planning
What You’ll Need:
  • NEBOSH/NCRQ or equivalent safety qualification (BSc/MSc a plus)
  • Proven site experience within a construction environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of H&S legislation
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Confident, detail-oriented and collaborative
  • CSCS Card and IT proficiency essential
