A leading UK contractor is seeking a qualified Health & Safety Advisor to join their team on a flagship project in Sheffield. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll champion a culture of safety across all levels of operations.

What You’ll Do:- Drive H&S standards across site activities and subcontractors
- Review RAMS and safe systems of work
- Deliver toolbox talks and internal safety training
- Lead site audits, inspections and compliance checks
- Support accident/incident investigations and follow-up
- Contribute to policy updates and H&S planning
- NEBOSH/NCRQ or equivalent safety qualification (BSc/MSc a plus)
- Proven site experience within a construction environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of H&S legislation
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Confident, detail-oriented and collaborative
- CSCS Card and IT proficiency essential
