Are you ready to accelerate your career with a dynamic and innovative F1 team? We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptionally talented Senior Design Engineer to join our Mechanical Design group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This position will play a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and race wins.

The Role Of Our Senior Mechanical Design Engineers
You will be part of the team behind all of our complex suspension components and sub-systems, taking ownership of your own designs with the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge.
Your Challenge
- Contribute to detailed design specifications from cradle to grave, defining and supporting component or system validation, servicing and utilisation and resolving any issues as they arise.
- Support and Mentor less experienced Engineers
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: concept design and scheming components, detailing machined parts, patterns, molds and specifying laminates, extending to the necessary component jigs and build tooling.
Who We Want
We are looking to enhance our talented team with someone who has previous experience, ideally within F1 or another high-level motorsport. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering and have a solid base knowledge of engineering first principles.
It would be ideal if you had previous CAD experience with Catia V5/3DX, but we will support with training if NX or similar is your expertise.
We need someone who is self-motivated, analytical, and a pragmatic decision-maker capable of working with minimal supervision. We seek someone with a creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem-solving.
