The Role
In this position you will be the architect of smarter, faster decision‑making across marketing, sales, and partnerships. You’ll blend data mastery with operational finesse to elevate how Alpine connects with fans, partners, and the paddock. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Insights this role will be based at Enstone.
Your Challenge
- Tech‑Driven Strategy: Spearhead data and technology initiatives that fuel commercial growth and operational excellence.
- Inventory Intelligence: Track and optimize partnership assets to ensure maximum value and efficiency.
- Reporting That Resonates: Deliver high‑impact insights to internal teams and external partners with clarity and precision.
- Marketing Mechanics: Coordinate driver appearances and marketing assets to align with strategic goals.
- Asset Valuation: Monitor and assess commercial asset value to guide investment and planning.
- Dashboard Wizardry: Build real‑time Power BI dashboards that keep stakeholders in pole position.
- Workflow Automation: Streamline operations using Power Automate to eliminate manual bottlenecks.
- CRM Command: Manage and optimize platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics to keep our team firing on all cylinders.
About You
- Proven experience in sports or entertainment commercial operations.
- Power BI & Excel mastery for data visualization and modeling.
- Power Automate expertise for workflow optimization.
- CRM platform fluency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
- Audience & media valuation tools (Nielsen, Blinkfire).
- A collaborative spirit, proactive mindset, and laser‑sharp attention to detail.
