Are you ready to contribute to the success of our 2026 car programme? If so we have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Production Controller to join our team, on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Our team is dedicated to excellence, pushing technical and operational boundaries to achieve our goal of podiums and race wins. We are built on collaboration and mutual support, with a vibrant, inclusive culture where your ideas and contributions are valued.
In this role you will be based at our facility in Enstone, Oxfordshire.
The Role
Working within our Programme Management team this role will work with the Project Planning Team to ensure that planning lists accurately reflect manufacturing capacity and workflow. You will also support the Planning Team to raise work orders, for each respective production area.
Your Challenge
- To administer and manage your production Areas Work-To-List, on a day-to-day basis
- To monitor and maintain a capacity forecast of your production area. Ensuring the data is accurate so as to provide a basis for the make vs buy decisions
- To liaise with the relevant project manager when department capacity is reached to advise on potential rescheduling of operations, avoiding any delay to the implementation and
- Ensure stock management is reflected in ERP aligned with the requirements of the parts coordinators in your production area.
About You
We are looking to enhance our team with someone who is passionate about planning, making things happen on time and able to make timely but high impact decisions. Ideally you will have experience with D365 but experience with an ERP system will be beneficial with the ability to pick up systems quickly. You will have great attention to detail, able to understand, interpret and manipulate data.
Communication combined with organisation skills are key in this position along with the ability to work to challenging deadlines. You’ll have a positive attitude, a collaborative approach and be confident to escalate issues.
