Overview

Alpine F1 Team have an opportunity to join the team as Junior Buyer – Indirect.

The Role

  • Procurement of goods and services to support F1 activities in accordance with Alpine Racing Purchasing Rules.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and effectively communicate all required activity to the Procurement Manager.
  • Assist in driving value, performance, and operational efficiency in line with contractual KPI\’s and SLA\’s.
  • Assist in the develop and implementation of policies, procedures and working practices to continuously improve performance and results of the Indirect Procurement team.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by the Procurement Manager.

The Person

  • Knowledge of best-practice Purchasing of goods and services (CIPS qualification preferred but not essential).
  • Understanding of Company objectives and the role of the Procurement Department.
  • Good negotiator capable of owning and delivering results.
  • Confident communicator with an engaging personality, able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
