We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting key areas of the business through an important period of organisational focus and change. This is a great opportunity to play a hands‑on role in shaping performance, culture, and organisational effectiveness, while delivering a high‑quality HR service to leaders and teams.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to deliver a commercially focused HR service across the employee lifecycle. You’ll have a strong focus on employee relations, organisational development, and performance, helping to improve capability, consistency, and overall people outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to align people priorities with business objectives
- Lead and manage a range of employee relations cases, providing clear, pragmatic advice
- Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change activity
- Drive performance management standards, including managing underperformance
- Strengthen leadership capability, engagement, and culture through coaching and support
- Use data and insight to improve decision‑making and people outcomes
- Collaborate with HR teams to deliver a joined‑up, solution‑focused service
- Commercially minded, with a pragmatic and solutions‑focused approach
- Confident influencing and coaching managers at all levels
- Experience supporting organisational development and change
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
