  • Collaborate with commercial teams to maximise partner value through communications, content and media activations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing communications team across media, partner, internal and digital communications.
  • Build relationships with Formula One stakeholders, governing bodies, partners and corporate communications teams.
  • Champion internal communications initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and employer brand.
  • Measure communications performance, sentiment and PR value, using insight to shape future strategy.
  • Own and manage the communications budget effectively

  • Experience managing both internal teams and external agencies or partners.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong media relations expertise and an established understanding of reputation management.
  • The ability to operate strategically while delivering in a high-pressure environment.
  • A collaborative, proactive and creative approach, coupled with excellent communication skills.
