Alpine is looking to embed sustainability and ethical practices at the core of its operations. As part of this shift in focus, the company is seeking an individual who is passionate about ESG to spearhead our environmental, social, and governance programs.

In this dynamic and impactful role you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive ESG strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with evolving sustainability regulations and industry best practices.

Collaborating cross functionally with stakeholders across the organisation, you will play a crucial part in defining and shaping the groups sustainability roadmap and elevating its environmental, social, and governance standards.

Candidate profile

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with a passion for sustainability, a genuine interest and enthusiasm for environmental issues, social equity, and corporate governance. The following skills are desirable but not all essential:

  • Education background, degree in environmental science, sustainability, social science, or related field.
  • Demonstrable expertise in ESG, which can be through formal education or prior work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Strong project management capabilities to navigate the dynamic business environment.
  • Innovative mindset and a passion for implementing new ideas and driving organizational change.
