  • Organising engineers and planned maintenance visits
  • Keeping customers in the loop via phone, email, and portals
  • Uploading key documents, updating systems, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Collaborating with teams to get things done quickly and efficiently
  • Chasing suppliers, tracking job statuses, and staying on top

What we’re looking for:

  • Super organised, detail-focused, and cool under pressure
  • Great communicator with a confident, can-do attitude
