Job Description
Are you ready to accelerate your career with a dynamic and innovative F1 team? We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptionally talented Senior Design Engineer to join our Composites Design group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This position will play a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and race wins.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to detailed design specifications from cradle to grave, defining and supporting component or system validation, servicing and utilisation and resolving any issues as they arise.
- Concept design and scheming components, detailing machined parts, patterns, molds and specifying laminates, extending to the necessary component jigs and build tooling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience, ideally within F1 or another high-level motorsport.
- Degree level or equivalent in Engineering with solid knowledge of engineering first principles.
- Experience with CAD (Catia V5/3DX preferred; training available for NX or similar).
- Self‑motivated, analytical, pragmatic decision‑maker with minimal supervision.
- Creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem‑solving.
