Alpine F1 Team is looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our Programme Management function at our state‑of‑the‑art Enstone facility. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of Formula 1 car development—working with world‑class engineers, technicians and operations teams to deliver projects that directly contribute to on‑track performance.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering all projects within an assigned car section of our Formula 1 programme. You will use established processes and tools to manage resources, track progress, control risk, and ensure seamless execution from concept through to delivery.
You’ll work cross‑functionally with Production, Design, Aerodynamics, Build, and other technical groups to keep projects moving and ensure we hit key milestones that support car development and race‑weekend execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning activity for your assigned car section, ensuring project schedules are structured, achievable, and aligned with programme priorities.
- Facilitate regular production, design and cross‑functional reviews, providing clear, accurate and timely project status updates.
- Create, maintain and communicate detailed project plans, milestones, and delivery expectations to all relevant stakeholders.
- Raise and manage works orders and associated system tasks, ensuring accurate allocation, sequencing and prioritisation of work across Production and Technical teams.
- Track progress against key delivery metrics, proactively identifying risks, delays or resource constraints and escalating where appropriate.
- Drive recovery plans and corrective actions with stakeholders to resolve slippage and maintain delivery to critical programme timelines.
- Ensure all project activity complies with Alpine F1’s health, safety and environmental standards and contributes to a safe working environment.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance communication and improve planning accuracy.
- Support the team’s commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion through your ways of working and collaboration.
- Undertake additional project‑related duties as required by the Lead Project Manager or Programme Management leadership team.
About You
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Relevant experience within a Formula 1 team or a similar high‑performance engineering environment.
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong understanding of planning processes and project delivery requirements.
- Ability to identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks that may impact delivery.
- Knowledge of Formula 1 car design and development processes.
- Experience coordinating indirect resources and cross‑functional teams.
- Highly computer literate, confident with project tools and systems.
