Alpine Formula One Team have an opportunity to join the team as a Partner Manager at our site in Enstone, Oxfordshire.
As a Partner Manager, you will be a key player in our journey to success, responsible for managing and enhancing our existing partnerships while developing new ones. This role places a strong emphasis on creativity, key performance indicators (KPIs), and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Collaborate with partners to identify mutually beneficial opportunities for growth and innovation. Regularly assess partner satisfaction and provide insights for improvement.
- Partnership Development: Research, identify, and approach potential partners who align with our brand and goals. Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that maximize value for both parties. Innovate and propose creative partnership activations and collaborations to stand out in the competitive motorsport landscape.
- KPI-Driven Performance: Define and track KPIs related to partnership performance, revenue generation, and brand exposure. Analyse data and adapt strategies to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded. Develop and present regular reports on partnership performance to the leadership team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Hospitality, Fan Engagement, and communications, to execute partnership activations seamlessly. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and experiences for partners.
- Budget Management: Manage the partnership budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations for staying competitive in the motorsport arena.
The person: Experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships, meeting or exceeding KPIs. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to create innovative partnership activations. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Knowledge of motorsport and the Formula 1 industry is a plus but not required.
