Partner Manager – Role

Alpine Formula One Team invites a Partner Manager to join our team in Enstone, Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance existing partner relationships, exceeding expectations.
• Identify growth opportunities, assess partner satisfaction, and propose improvements.
• Research, negotiate, and structure partnership agreements that maximize value.
• Innovate partner activations and collaborations that stand out in motorsport.
• Define and track KPIs related to partnership performance, revenue generation, and brand exposure.
• Analyse data, adapt strategies, and report performance to leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functional with Sales, Hospitality, Fan Engagement, and Communications.
• Develop engaging content and experiences with the creative team.
• Manage partnership budget for high ROI and activation budget support.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities. Provide insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership management, business development, or similar in fast‑paced environments.
• Proven track record of developing and managing partnerships, meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Strong creative thinking and problem‑solving skills for innovative activations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent project management, multi‑tasking and deadline management.
• Knowledge of motorsport and Formula 1 is a plus but not required.
