We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Partner Executive to support the delivery of our growing portfolio of commercial partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a high-performance Formula 1 environment, helping to deliver innovative sponsorship activations, hospitality programmes, and partner engagement initiatives that drive value for some of the world's leading brands.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Partner Executive, you'll support the Partner Management team in the day-to-day delivery of partnership programmes, ensuring contractual commitments are fulfilled and partners receive an exceptional experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the activation and delivery of sponsorship rights across a portfolio of technical, business and lifestyle partners
- Coordinating partner communications and responding to day-to-day requests
- Supporting the delivery of hospitality programmes, events and engagement activities throughout the season
- Preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials and partnership documentation
- Maintaining entitlement trackers, activation plans and partnership records
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partner requirements are delivered accurately and on time
- Helping to create memorable experiences that enhance partner satisfaction and long-term relationships
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys building strong relationships. You'll bring:
- Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, commercial operations, events, account management or a similar field
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and project coordination abilities
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in sponsorship and partnership activation
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Experience within Formula 1 is highly desirable, but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience from sport, entertainment, events, media or other commercial sectors
