Based at Enstone, this Systems Engineer role will play a crucial part in helping us push for podiums and race wins.
Your challenge: As our Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, performance, and optimisation of the critical systems that support both our factory operations and trackside activities. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment where your work directly influences car performance, simulation capabilities, operational efficiency, and the overall competitive edge of our race team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting engineering workflow systems, simulation tools, and data pipelines essential to car development.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex system issues affecting engineering performance and reliability.
- Contributing to automation, scripting, and process‑optimisation initiatives across engineering functions.
- Collaborating closely with controls, simulation, IT, aerodynamics, race engineering, and production teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Supporting continuous improvement of system architectures used in real‑time performance analysis, design, and validation.
Who we want: We are seeking someone who brings relevant experience, ideally from F1 or another high‑level motorsport environment.
