  • Have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Can communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills (not required but advantageous):

  • Experience with other programming languages such as C++, R, or MATLAB.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and deployment tools (e.g., Azure, Docker, GitHub Actions).
  • Understanding of data pipelines and software engineering principles.

What We Offer

  • A chance to work in a world-class motorsport environment.
  • Mentorship from experienced data scientists and engineers.
  • Hands-on experience with real F1 data and tools.
  • Access to on-site facilities including gym, subsidised canteen, and more.
