La direction des Opérations d'Alpine Racing est à la recherche de son/sa futur(e) alternant(e) Méthodes Montage – Projet Supercar pour une durée de 3 ans dès septembre 2025.
Au sein du service Méthodes, vous aurez pour principale mission de :
- Définir et participer à la conception de process « Série » adaptés aux attentes du projet.
- Conduire, auprès de fournisseurs, la réalisation de moyens industriels, de prototypes et supports de validation, de leur conception jusqu’à la mise en exploitation série.
- Vérifier le respect des objectifs Qualité, Coût, Délai et Sécurité/Environnement.
- Construire le planning de son périmètre & Être garant de son respect.
- Collaborer à l’optimisation du couple Produit/Process.
- Veiller à la prise en compte des évolutions d’architecture.
Vos missions :
- Rédiger les cahiers des charges fonctionnels et/ou techniques des moyens de production à partir des données projet.
- Examiner et optimiser les offres techniques des fournisseurs.
- Valider et accompagner la conception, la réalisation et la mise au point des moyens / prototypes et supports de validation auprès des fournisseurs, en intégrant les modifications produit le cas échéant.
- Coordonner l’arrivée des moyens / prototypes et supports de validation sur site, les travaux et la mise en production.
- Fournir à l’exploitant la documentation et les formations nécessaires à l’exploitation et la maintenance des moyens.
- Vérifier l’atteinte des objectifs de performance industrielle.
Votre profil :
- Etudiant(e) en Amélioration continue, Méthodes, Gestion de projet.
- Bonnes connaissances en Mécanique & Informatique.
- Notions en conception CAO & conduite de projet.
- Bases en VBA.
- Formation ou expérience antérieure à base mécanique.
- Bonnes qualités relationnelles et de communication.
- Dynamisme, proactivité, rigueur, méthode et autonomie.
