La Direction des Ressources Humaines d'Alpine Racing est à la recherche de son/sa futur(e) Apprenti(e) RH pour une durée de 1 an à partir de septembre 2026. Au sein d’une équipe composée de 5 personnes, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec l'équipe RH sur des sujets très variés.
En collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe RH, les missions que nous vous proposons sont les suivantes :
- Formation : Participation au recueil des besoins des salariés et des managers pour l’élaboration du plan de développement des compétences ; Coordination de la logistique formation ; Traitement de la facturation relative aux formations ; Mise à jour du tableau de suivi des formations, requêtes et suivi des KPI ; Elaboration et création de supports de communication interne (guides destinés aux salariés, animation d’ateliers RH...)
- Recrutement et gestion administrative : Lancement et suivi des campagnes de recrutement alternants et stagiaires (rédaction des annonces, présélection des candidats, intégration et suivi) ; Création et veille à l’exactitude des dossiers d’embauche des nouveaux arrivants ; Développement des partenariats avec les écoles ; Suivi des stagiaires et des apprentis sur toute la vie du contrat (mise en place de formulaires de suivi et d’entretiens) ; Animation d’une communauté « Stagiaires & Apprenti(e)s » (partage de sujets professionnel, projets communs, présentation d’un métier etc.) ; Pilotage, encadrement et suivi des stages découverte de seconde et de 3ème
- Relations sociales : Mise en place et pilotage des élections professionnelles ; Veille juridique
- Visites médicales : Pilotage et suivi des visites médicales
Ces missions ne sont pas exhaustives et vous aurez l'occasion de participer à plusieurs projets selon l'actualité de la Direction RH et de vos centres d’intérêts.
Profil : Vous préparez un Master 2 en alternance en Ressources Humaines ; Vous êtes force de proposition, organisé(e) et curieuse ; Vous appréciez travailler en équipe et êtes adaptable au changement ; Votre sens de la confidentialité sera indispensable ; Bonnes connaissances du Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ; Anglais : niveau opérationnel, écrit, parlé.
