At Alpine Eagle, we are a team of experts with backgrounds in defence, aerospace engineering, and machine learning, building the first airborne, swarm-based counter-drone system. Recent global conflicts highlight the growing malicious use of drones, underscoring the urgent need for advanced, effective air-to-air defence solutions. Our mission is clear: ensure governments and institutions committed to freedom and the rule of law are equipped with cutting-edge technologies to counter this emerging threat.

We’re seeking a dedicated and strategic Product Manager to guide the development and delivery of our innovative counter-drone solutions. In this critical role, you will represent the voice of the customer, align engineering innovation with market demands, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products meet strategic objectives and exceed user expectations.

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead the definition and execution of clear, compelling product roadmaps aligned with company vision and customer needs.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into detailed product specifications and prioritize product features based on strategic goals and user insights.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and testing teams to drive product development from concept to market delivery.
  • Gather, analyze, and integrate customer feedback and market research to refine product offerings and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Establish and manage clear success metrics for product performance, consistently evaluating and enhancing product value and impact.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and leadership, presenting product strategies, progress updates, and insights to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.

What you need to be successful:

  • A relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • At least 3 years of proven product management experience, ideally within aerospace, defence, or deep-tech industries.
  • Demonstrable success in defining, launching, and managing complex technology products from concept through market delivery.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to leverage data-driven insights for effective decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and technical concepts.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is advantageous.
  • Military or defence operational experience and/or deep familiarity with drone technology is highly beneficial.
  • Availability for business travel to our offices in Karlsruhe and London.

At Alpine Eagle, we are committed to diversity and equal opportunity. We welcome applications from all individuals regardless of ethnic origin, gender, religion, disability, age, or sexual identity.
