We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst in London (No VISA Sponsorship). Kindly note: Treasury Domain experience is a mandate.

Working Mode: Hybrid work – one day per week onsite

Job Description: The requirement is for Treasury, where we drive technology and digital transformation across Treasury functions, including initiatives that will involve Digital Assets and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) alongside core Treasury platforms. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering complex technology and change initiatives. You will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to define scope, validate assumptions, assess impacts, and ensure solutions are well understood, well controlled, and fit for purpose in a regulated environment. You will operate across multiple workstreams and complex problem spaces, contributing to discovery, planning, and delivery activities, and helping ensure that solutions are well defined, achievable, and aligned to strategic business objectives and operating model constraints.

Required Skills:

  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst within an investment banking or financial services environment, with a strong understanding of how complex business processes are supported by technology and delivered through large scale change programmes.
  • Proven experience leading analysis on complex technology or transformation initiatives involving multiple systems, workstreams, and senior stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of transaction or trading lifecycles and their downstream operational, risk, finance, and reporting impacts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problem spaces and drive clear, evidence based outcomes.
