Stakeholder Governance Program Management
Supports Digital Experience stakeholder management processes across 10+ global, internal stakeholder groups including 70+ individual key contacts from senior executive to independent contributors.
Work with DE stakeholder and communications managers to continuously update engagement planning schedule and create, update, and share stakeholder engagement timelines; ensure stakeholder engagement plan is aligned to Digital Experience program office and development cadence.
Manage cross-stakeholder action tracking and reporting system (Smartsheet); prepare reports and executive-level slides reporting progress and timelines for stakeholder commitments.
Function as secondary stakeholder contact for Digital Experience Strategy & Value team members; facilitate inquiries and actions with guidance from Strategy team.
Proactively identify and make improvements to stakeholder governance and tracking process.
Long-term Planning Business Requirements Program Management
Work with Digital Experience Strategy & Value and PMO office to document and program manage stakeholder engagement related to annual fiscal planning process.
Document and continuously update timelines, actions, and status reports related to defining, prioritizing, and value alignment associated with stakeholder business requirements.
Manage cross-stakeholder requirements gathering tooling and summaries for stakeholders and Digital Experience team members.
Work with Strategy and Value team members to schedule, prepare, and manage planning workshops with stakeholders and Digital Experience teams as needed such as product management, architecture, and engineering.
Support Strategy & Value team members with creation of consistent executive-level templates and summaries.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong experience in program management roles or like roles/businesses; experience working within product development, product management, and/or business planning organizations required.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to interact with director-level staff.
Able to successfully operate within complex technical concepts and disciplines.
Ability to successfully manage projects affecting more than three organizations or enterprise-wide.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and SmartSheet.
Projects are global; requires management of projects requiring advanced scheduling and coordination on a global time clock to meet stakeholder needs. Evenings and/or early mornings required depending on location.
