We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to manage residential construction and renovation projects from estimating through completion. This role combines cost estimating, project coordination, and on-site oversight to deliver high-quality, bespoke builds on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Manage residential construction and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for custom build and refurbishment projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries
• Track schedules, budgets, variations, and project documentation
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope, timelines, and expectations

Requirements

• Experience in residential construction project management and estimating
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Professional, client-facing communication abilities
