Job Summary
Perform essential accounting and HR administrative functions to support financial accuracy, compliance, and personnel management within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions daily to ensure accurate financial records.
- Verify invoices and record bank entries to maintain up-to-date accounting data.
- Post journal entries and prepare reconciliations for bank, vendor, and intercompany accounts to support financial integrity.
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing and submitting required documentation on time.
- Assist with audit preparation and maintain organized filing systems to ensure compliance with internal controls and JSOX standards.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records to facilitate reliable reporting.
- Manage personnel records and assist in preparing HR reports to support employee data tracking and compliance.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned to contribute to smooth HR and accounting operations.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
