- Attract and engage talent: This role will drive business impact by honing our global marketing strategies to talent. Develop innovative outreach tactics and create engaging and transparent content that: 1) expands our reach among graduate-level talent, 2) increases inbound applications through developing helpful marketing collateral and 3) maximizes high-quality, values-aligned hires.
- Craft internal communications: Engage and inspire colleagues by developing impactful content like newsletters, blogs, presentations and leadership communications.
- Stand out on social media: Grow our social media presence through content creation, scheduling and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Glassdoor.
- Liaise across teams: Partner across departments to ensure all communications are highly polished and live up to our brand standards.
Your education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field with strong academic performance (equivalent to 2:1 or above)
- Ideally 1-2 years of relevant experience in communications roles, creating content such as newsletters, mass emails, brochures, press releases or social media posts with measurable impact.
