As an Analyst in AlphaSights’ Strategy, you will be expected to demonstrate the following:
- Academic Background: Holding a 2:1 or above in a quantitative degree (e.g., Engineering, Maths, Economics, Finance).
- Problem Solving: Great problem solver with an aptitude for solving complex and unstructured problems.
- Drive and Proactivity: Highly driven and proactive with excellent planning and organisational skills; able to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Impact Orientation: A desire to create impact by solving business problems and providing senior leaders with actionable data insights that propel the growth of AlphaSights.
- Communication Skills: Effective communicator with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to clearly articulate points and absorb feedback from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous with high standards, obsessive attention to detail, and a methodical approach to work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL is a plus. Must pass a quantitative based test for application to be progressed.
