Experience with OneSource Virtual (OSV) or a comparable third‑party tax provider is strongly preferred.
Who You Are

- Strong knowledge of U.S. and international payroll tax compliance and reporting.
- Experience with OneSource Virtual (OSV) or comparable tax vendors is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting, tax reconciliations, and funding processes.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to manage large, complex data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive independently in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
What You’ll Do
- Direct, process, and review international payrolls (e.g., Canada, UK, EMEA, APAC) in partnership with in‑country vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance.
- Bring extensive UK payroll expertise, with demonstrated experience leveraging Workday.
- Manage Real Time Information (RTI) submissions to HMRC, including Full Payment Submissions (FPS), Employer Payment Summaries (EPS), and error corrections through EYU/Year‑to‑Date adjustments.
- Oversee monthly and annual UK requirements, including P45s, Starter Checklists (P46), P60s, and P11D/P11D(b) reporting for benefits in kind.
- Monitor and apply changes to UK tax law, National Insurance thresholds, and statutory payment rules (SMP, SPP, SSP, SAP, etc.), ensuring compliance with HMRC guidance.
- Reconcile UK payroll tax liabilities with HMRC remittances and ensure timely payment of PAYE/NIC.
- Support UK year‑end obligations, including Class 1A NIC settlements and PSA (PAYE Settlement Agreement) submissions.
- Serve as backup for U.S. payroll processing in Workday, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with OSV on International and U.S. payroll tax filings, amendments, and resolution of agency notices.
- Ensure global payroll adherence to statutory requirements, including social insurance, tax withholding, and reporting obligations.
- Review, reconcile, and analyze payroll tax liabilities and funding across multiple jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with international payroll vendors to validate inputs and ensure accurate, timely delivery of gross‑to‑net calculations, payments, and statutory reports.
- Manage quarter‑end and year‑end payroll close processes, including W‑2s, T4s, P11Ds, PSA filings, and other statutory deliverables.
- Conduct payroll system testing and support Workday configuration updates in response to evolving payroll and compliance requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of payroll processes, statutory regulations, and audit trails across all payroll entities.
