You’re proficient at using Workday for benefits management strongly preferred You have strong knowledge of local labor laws in EMEA; familiarity with US and/or APAC regulations is a plus You are a strong communicator, with the ability to adjust messaging based on audience and employee needs You are proficient at using Google Sheets and Excel to audit and analyze data with full attention to detail. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes “messy” environment but also thrive on organizing the “mess” by building reports, templates, process documents, and other resources to support yourself, the team, and employees.
